At the age of 21, Bruce was hired by Rice University as a Development Specialist, reaching out to alumni for annual and reunion financial gifts. After attending the Harvard Business School and running a regional airline reservations and travel agency sales department, Bruce marketed cutting-edge database and fundraising management systems to non-profits and government. Through the years, he has balanced generating corporate sponsorship and underwriting revenue for TV projects; and consulting for non-profit organizations with a focus on annual fund-raising campaigns, major giving, foundation and corporate support.
